Why do you tattoo?

For me, tattooing is the ultimate marriage between mechanical knowledge and creative expression. It’s one of the most ancient practices in humanity’s story, and it’s an honor to continue the tradition today.

What do you enjoy when you are not tattooing?

Avid gamer, hanging out with my family, TTRPGs (Dungeon-mastering), and metal music. Fun Fact about you: I still trace all of my portrait tattoos by hand!

Art experience inside/ outside the shop?

I have been drawing and painting pretty much as long as I can remember and tattooing since 2008. I attended the art academy of Cincinnati. I also enjoy other forms of art like sculpture and woodwork. 

What do you enjoy when you are not tattooing?

I enjoy playing video games. I like making things and tinkering with electronics.

Jesse Sousa, Grace Laporte, Katie McGowan, Liana Joy. I’m inspired by natural, folk art, magic, and whimsy.

Spending time with my wife and 2 crazy kids, hanging out with my shop family, drawing, making flash, exploring new styles, gaming, cooking, and trying new foods, reading manga, and watching anime.

I’ve always wanted to start a career with art. Tattooing is the perfect trade to express the creativity of one persons idea and making it come to life.

I tattoo because I love to wake up and be able to create art every day. I love the happy smiles and the excitement from my clients when I'm able to give them the tattoo they want!

What do you enjoy when you are not tattooing?

I enjoy trying to learn how to do any craft I can get my hands on as well as kayaking and spending time with my family and friends! Fun fact about me: I love to bake from scratch!
